I called and saw the doctor and they only called in half my prescription I still get to get it and it's been like 3 days I guess I'm going to have to schedule another visit and pay for that to get this script fill and had video issues

My visit went well with the doctor, however the prescription that was called in could not be filled due to missing information. Even after speaking with someone to correct this, nothing was done. So after paying for a consultation, I’m out $45 and have no prescription for the antibiotics that I need.

I had a good experience with Sesame in the past, so looked forward to that again. But this time even though I stated the reason I asked for a consultation, it was ignored, and the NP came on the zoom meeting, stating she could not meet my request. I would have preferred being told before the appointment that my request was no longer possible. They were kind enough to reimburse my consultation fee though, so that was a plus!

I never received a call back after calling two times and texting. Poor patient care with this provider

Very disappointed! I scheduled my appointment and paid upfront for the appointment with Jubril Adediran, FNP-BC. I noticed my appointment was scheduled for MST and I live in PST so I was sure to block out the rest of my afternoon to assure I could make the appropriate. Unfortunately, the provider never joined the meeting. No customer support other that an automated chat. No response to a refund request either. I called the physician directly as his number is listed on my email confirmation but no answer there either. Just a recording. This is a horrible, unorganized company. I am hoping my refund comes. I'm also going to report to BBB as someone seeking medical attention in the first place should not have to deal with the added stress of an unprofessional business and physician.

Horrible service. Doctor didn't show up for my virtual appointment, I contacted support they told me wait another 20 minutes, waited and wasted 30 minutes and still no show. They said I will need to call doctors office and reschedule with them. They have not responded to my refund request and have no phone support, only chat. When you call them its a recording saying phone support is not available. They also don't provide anywhere on their site that lets you write a review for the doctor, which is why everyone on it has 5 star reviews.

As a first time user of telehealth, I scheduled an appointment after paying the $50 upfront fee. 1.) At the appointed time, I got an email saying "Click here to join Virtual Appointment". When I did it said "Browser not Supported" 2.) I replied to their email. It said "Undeliverable". 3.) When I tried to call them, no one answered. My personal experience with Sesame was bad. They don't strike me as a professional, trustworthy company

This was hands down the worst experience I have ever had with a so called “medical” professional. Rude from the start and completely unprofessional. My advice don’t do it and save your $40. A complete waste of money.
