Booked an appointment for Judith Onchweri, NP. She showed up late and confirmed that she'd send in a prescription for Oral Minox, I asked her if she could use a mail-in service (RO pharmacy), but she said no and pushed Seasame's own mail-in service. I said that's fine can you just send it to my local Bartell Drugs. Right after that she randomly hung up and never even filed a prescription. Waste of time and 40$.

She didn’t show. This is the second time this had happened a needed an urgent care appt and they failed to provide care.

Medical Provider never showed up for the appointment. I paid $40 ahead of time to be scammed. I waited 20 mins after the start of the appointment and never recieved the service i paid for. I tried calling support, they did not answer the phone, Emailed and no response. So im out $40 because of these people and without the medicine i needed today!

I never even received a call or anything. And they also do not do doctors notes anymore. But thankfully I got a refund.

I waited 30 minutes past my appointment time and the clinician never showed. I called and was told they couldn’t vouch for why the clinician didn’t show but would offer me a refund. Good idea in theory but sketchy in practice.

I needed to talk to a doctor. He never called. I tried to cancel. I could not cancel. They want to "talk" to me first. I am in sesame hell.

Schedule a call for a B12 shot refill. Two minute call with the doctor to be told that they do not provide any type of shot and I should seek other provider. After asking for a refund through support I was told that the appointment happened, therefore I will be charged. Pretty much a scam with zero concern for the patient.
