Awful experience. Talked with Toni Deer. RX was never sent to pharmacy, followed up multiple times and had multiple calls and it still was never filled. I asked for a refund since I could not get the meds that were prescribed and at that point, they told me I was too late.

My doctor retired and I moved to a new state a few months ago. I needed a refill on my antidepressant. Met with the doc, she sent me a 30 day refill & said I needed to meet with her in a month to see if I wanted to adjust my dose. I’ve been on the same dose for 8 years. Had to pay another $50 for the follow up visit. Told her I don’t want to change the dose and she said I had to see her again in two months to talk about changing the dose. Total money grab. I told her I was nearly out of medication and she said she would send the refill right away. It’s been four days and I still haven’t received the invoice for the medication. Reached out several times and keep getting the runaround. I used this service because I have not yet found a primary care physician here in my new state and city. I would not recommend their services.

I feel like I’ve been duped. Why do I need to keep making new appointments every month for the same prescription? Any other provider would give you at least a 6 month prescription. They just want your 40$ a month. So I’m spending 45$ a month for a 5$ prescription. It would have been cheaper to go to a primary care doctor, even with my crappy insurance.

Sesame is a scam to get your money they took $120 from me and did not provide me any services. I ha e tried multiple times to get a refund and they will not help me. USE QUICK MD THEY WILL ACTUALLY HELP YOU

The appointment itself was great. However, trying to receive an alternative prescription for my daughter's ear infection has been a nightmare. Going through Sesame and receiving zero updates, then the doctor's sending over incorrect prescriptions/dosage amounts then having to call Sesame back, being placed on hold, then Sesame has to call the doctor back to ask for authorization. There is far too much back and forth here when this is supposed to be a more "convenient" option. We are going on 6 hours and my daughter STILL doesnt have the correct prescription.

The doctor we had never showed up to the appointment. My daughter’s ear is really hurting and we were hoping to get her care tonight. I waited for an hour total and never heard from the doctor. This is the second time a doctor with this company hasn’t showed up. Except the last time, he didn’t show up to the telehealth visit but at least called me a couple hours later and helped us out. This time, not even a phone call. This is going to be a night from hell for my child who has a terrible earache. And we paid to not be seen.

I've used this company on the past I never had any issues but today's nurse practitioner whose name I couldn't understand was incredibly rude was incredibly rude and didn't even want to prescribe the medication that I know works for me as if she knows my body better than I do. She actually said "this is where we are today we just give people what they want" I will be using a different company moving forward.

Used their service to refill a prescription and they assign me with the doctor that didn’t even know human anatomy and refused to refill my prescription making me wait over two months without my medication while he would prescribe the medication that would not work for me. Trying to communicate this to the customer service is impossible because it’s just robots and u get the same automated response.
