Rudest experience - I don't think they are real providers - the man was calling from a call center - he literally said "what do you want?" I got a prescription but based on how little he cared, I doubt it will work.

I searched for a provider by my prescription and selected one of the top suggested providers. I waited over 20 minutes for the provider to arrive. When he finally showed up, he told me that he could not help me because he only works in family medicine. He told me that I would need to speak with a specialist. He was also unwilling to listen to my medical history, probably because he was running late and trying to get to his next appointment. I called Sesame, and they refused to provide a refund even though they matched me with a provider who was unable to help me with my issue. Overall a highly disappointing experience.

I made an appointment with a doctor and they told me they didn’t have the correct license to help me. They told me they cannot refund me but customer service will. I sent chats to customer service and got no response. I called customer service within business hours and got no response. This company has taken my money and will not return it.

told the provider i am having a muscle spasm, which is nothing new for me. I told her i tried advil/tylenol/lidocaine patches, cold/hot therapy. i explained my pain is getting worse, limited range of motion and disrupting my daily activities for 3 days. I explained to her I have severe tightness and the only thing that has worked for me in the past is muscle relaxers... she advised to try voltaren gel(an arthritis gel for JOINT cream) meanwhile iam explaining my muscle is literally FROZEN. damn these people are robots. save your money. go see an actual doctor who will listen in person. they send this generic message how treatment isnt guaranted, but apparently proper diagnosis and listening to your patients needs isnt guaranteed either??

Made an appointment for birth control refill. The provider sent my prescription to a pharmacy that isn’t open on weekends instead of sending it to the address I provided. I tired to chat with customer service but they are also not available on weekends. So I booked and paid for a second appointment with a different provider. He was a complete jerk and refused to refill my prescription because he’s not an obgyn. Yet he accepts birth control refill appointments! So paid for 2 appointments and ended up with no refill! And no available customer service! Update: they responded to my review with lies! They replied to my request 2 DAYS later, NOT 2 HOURS!

WE'VE BEEN BLOCKED...WE WILL BE CONTACTING OUR CREDIT COMPANY IF THE FUNDS NOT CREDITED TO THE ACCOUNT..I HAD TO CONTACT REPUTABLE DRS AT MD ANYWHERE THE FOLLOWING DAY AND GOT THE PRESCRIPTION FOR THE MELASMA..THIS PLACE CARRIES THE MOST INCOMPETENT DRS AND STAFF!!..WILL ALSO BE MAKING A COMPLAINT TO THE BBB!

From the very beginning I notice a double billing for monthly fee and called in and they corrected it, I had a virtual appointment and again double billed, this time when call their customer service person suggest that change my email address as my first may be close to another individuals. So I asked him to cancel by one account opened a second, that’s where the scam began, I was now getting double monthly charges and the one time after that I called in for a refill of script they stated I didn’t have an account and actually tried to talk me into the scam again. BUT BEWARE, THEY WILL REQUIRE YOU TO HAVE A VISIT FOR EVERY SINGLE PRESCRIPTION EVERY MONTH, NO REFILLS FOR EVEN CHRONIC ONES, AND DON’T BELIEVE THAT THEY EVER GIVE YOU A REFILL, ITS ALWAYS THE SAME EVERY MONTH

Doctor did not listen. 2 nasal spray. Out stock inhaler. Ugh. Horrible visit.
