For the third time, I was online and the doctor wasn't. I was charged and customer care wouldn't help me. The time I was given was 10 am. I even have the reminder text as proof.

I was no showed on my first appointment, and now I'm jumping through hoops to get $60 back from these crooks. And according to their chat bot, doctor no shows are a pretty regular thing with them. I was genuinely hopeful, but this is an awful service!

First time appointment proved to be very disappointing. Practitioner I spoke with (charity mugadza) had no experience with usages of hydroxychloroquine. Sesame misrepresented that their assigned medical personnel were knowledgeable about meds, as this person specifically did not know anything about this medication. She told me this drug is primarily for people that have colds that don’t have insurance, even though it is a recognized treatment drug for autoimmune based symptoms . Also, don’t expect a Dr. for your consult because you may get a nurse.

This is a scam. DO NOT WASTE YOURE MONEY.

I know it's "just" telehealth, but I still expect my healthcare professional to show up in something a little more professional than a white undershirt. APRN Isibor appeared annoyed to have to speak with me. Very unfriendly. I only needed a refill for blood pressure medication, and he said he could only give a month's refill. What's the point? Sesame should state that since script refills are one of the options for making an appointment. Then to make it even more frustrating, when I picked up my prescription is was actually only 2 weeks worth. What a waste of my time and money. I won't be back to Sesame Health.

I had a tele health visit at 9:15 a.m. and was told by the provider that my prescription would be escribed in about 30 minutes. Four hours later I still have no prescription. I call customer service and they were going to escalate my request . It is now 5 PM and I still have no prescriptions. I call again and request a refund stating they can keep their prescription and was told that that was not possible. Also there are no supervisors to speak to about this since it was Sunday. I finally told them to keep and spend my money and would never use their services again. HORRIBLE SERVICE AND EVEN WORSE CUSTOMER SERVICE. If you are really sick just go somewhere local.

NOT HAPPY. The last 4 providers I’ve seen keep telling me they’re ordering refills. Each time I pick up my rx there’s no refills. I call customer service and it’s a joke. I get the run around and get told to book (and pay) for another appt. I don’t mind booking once a month but don’t lie to me and tell me I have refills when I don’t.

Horrible doctor with no lighting on video call and raspy difficult to understand voice refused to prescribe basic antibiotics despite numerous days of stomach cramps and light diarrhea. Had bad stomach bacteria in past. Doctor kept saying I was supposed to have stomach bacteria not differentiating between good or bad. Had no other recommendation. Just that he couldn’t diagnose me over telemed without running labs and figuring out pathogen. Obviously not possible via telemed. Not sure what conditions he would be helping people with as this was straight forward.
