Really poor service. The nurse was late to the appointment, abrupt, rude, and didn't bother to review the medical history. End result was that this clown refused to prescribe the medication I was looking for a refill.

Scam website and company. There is no notice that prescriptions are only for one month, and you must pay *monthly* to renew prescriptions for your local pharmacist to refill. It is clear they exist only to force you to buy directly from them at exorbitant prices or to pay for a renewal every single month. They never even provided me a copy of my prescription and they contact information provided to my pharmacist was a disconnected phone number. The only option they provided me to resolve this was to keep paying them money. Finally, once I made my initial compliant, somehow my account was locked from leaving a review on the site for this doctor. Do not trust a company that pulls a bait & switch then demands more money to resolve the problem they created. Buyer beware!

I made an appointment with seasame to get a refill on my prescription the appointment went well but after I went to my pharmacy to pick up my prescription they would not fill it because they said the provider wasn't licensed in my state. I reached out to seasame and was told I would receive a refund for the appointment I spent $50 on. Since I was told I would receive a refund I made another appointment and paid again to see a provider in my state and was able to get my prescription but after about a week I still hadn't received my refund I reached back out to them and this time was told they could not give me a refund Evan though they had already told me they would so i had to pay for 2 different appointments for the same thing. Ridiculous!!! I can not afford to pay $100 and if I wasn't told I would receive a refund I wouldn't of paid to make another appointment. I am very disappointed in the customer service and how they lied to me.

My initial experience was a 5 star. The doctor was informative and I was prescribed the medication I needed. I needed a pre-auth. From there I got bounced back and forth between them and the provider. Ultimately I had to pay ten times the cost for the meds I have genuinely called the company numerous times and been told I'd get a reply from the company when the doctor replied. The emails are on my portal and I will forward you the details

The doctor who prescribed my medicine wouldn’t answer when the pharmacy called him. When I went to support they said it was over two weeks since my appointment so they can’t help my get my prescription. Absolute joke.

Paid first. Never received a call from the Dr. Now it says 5-7 days to receive my money back. What a wonderful experience. William K. Chicago Illinois.

I've emailed them with charges that they made on our bank account & have not once heard back. Incredibly unprofessional customer service & non-trust worthy company to be working with. They charged me two fees for annual membership & an additional charge for an appointment I didn't take. Really suspect. Dangerous.

Would give 0 stars if I could. Dr. Muhammad Usman extremely rude. He asked me zero questions to help find out was wrong with me. The very first words out of his mouth were "heres an antibiotic" I asked a question and he responded with "IM THE DOCTOR here, no?" Then when I tried to get my money back as there was no "assessment" completed I was met with a lot of excuses. This company is an absolute joke. Don't use it.
