Very easy to get an appointment and the doctor did follow ups and helped me greatly.

Danielle Desroches is fantastic! She listened to everything I said and also read what I wrote prior to our appointment. We discussed what has and has not worked for me in the past and she came up with a plan to help me with my sinus infection. I highly recommend Danielle. By the way, your IT department should listen to Danielle about her IT problems....she knows how to make it work! Thank you. Terry B

The communication before the appointment was excellent and provided the appropriate amount of contact and information to assure that I knew what I needed for the appointment. It was not overdone. The service was easy to use, and not confusing like some other online medical services. All of the staff accommodated my needs very well. John Davis, the NP who saw me, was excellent in his manner and the service he provided. He was cordial, professional, and efficient at the same time. I would use the service again, and Mr. Davis in particular.
