SesameCare screens and doesn't publish negative reviews of their providers which endangers patients by not allowing them access to accurate ratings and warnings. I suffered permanent damage to my eyes as a result of poor/reckless care from one of their doctors. Sesame replied to me via email, acknowledged receipt of my review, but it isn't published on their website. This doctor has a 4.8/5.0 star rating, but mine wasn't counted. Who knows how many more suffered malpractice with Sesame covering up for them?!

I was overcharged $104, I want the funds credited to my PNC debit account which they were debited from as soon as possible The charged funds, were returned to my account. The Doctor was very professional, and I’m satisfied with his services.

The doctor is too busy to do anything extra such as prior authorizations. The pharmacy submitted the PA on several occasions and then come to find out that my insurance would not cover a doctor prescribing medication from Florida. I would research it and look locally..

This is a total rip off. I wrote my exact issue in the description. Doctor called me nearly 10 minutes late, told me he couldn’t help me. Was charged $39 for a 20 second phone call which did me absolutely no help. AVOID

Had a Telehealth visit with Dr Monika Bhalla. I explained to her my symptoms of covid, I had used this company last year and they prescribed Paxlovid to me and she said she would do the same thing again this year. She called the prescription in for me, made me aware of the script was there. I went to pick it up and she is not a registered Medicaid doctor in the state of kentucky. I called the customer service and they have no clue what any of their doctors are licensed or not licensed in so you may find a doctor that says they can prescribe a prescription for you but they actually can't and you won't find out until you walk into the pharmacy and you realize you've wasted your time and thrown away your money on a Telehealth appointment so start all over again! BEWARE!!!!!!!!!!

I had an awful experience today. It was a complete waste of time and Money. It's a joke of a service.

I logged on exactly when my appointment was, i could see myself in video window and message said waiting for doctor to log into conversation. Waited 43 minutes still nothing, went to message and asked about being charged, they said their record showed doctor logging on but not me, totally backwards, i was logged into and doctor never showed. update, company did contact me and appologized and issued a refund, I will try one more time in the future and hope experience will be better. Most companies don't care about customer satisfaction so I am glad this one did address my issue.

The provider never joined the appointment.
