The doctor listened and was very easy to deal with. I would have given a five, but we had a terrible phone connection. I don’t think it was either one of us fault about that. But it was very difficult to hear and understand each other. Other than that, fantastic doctor.

Tested positive for covid at home. My primary care physician dropped me because I had seen him in 3 years and I would have to pay for a consultation as a new patient. Found Sesame online, $39 for a one-time visit to get covid medication Paxlovid. Either the doctor didn't think it was important to let the patient know, or the doctor didn't know, that the prescription for PAXLOVID is approximately $1,500 out of pocket. Insurances don't cover it anymore in the state of California. At least I'm only out the $39 for the online visit, but I'm posting this in case anyone else has an interest. The doctor herself was attentive and caring, interested in assisting. Getting an urgent appointment time was easy, many doctors to choose from. I would use Sesame again.
