She was great, but unable to write a script for a CT scan.. I wish I would have been notified before the appointment since I paid $77 for nothing. :( I would suggest you putting “routine imaging and diagnostics” so someone else doesn’t make the same mistake

The service is convenient and my experience with the doctor was ok (urgent care appt). My issue is with customer support and verifying Costco Membership. They have a partnership with Costco that makes prices much lower, the website was faulty and couldn't verify my membership. I talked to support and they couldn't fix the issue promptly, they said I could book the appt paying full price and then receive a refund for the extra amount paid. Currently not able to reach support to receive this refund.

Getting in touch of support is very hard. I’m trying to get an issue fixed that is on their side. If I go to Chat it always says Agent not available ( no matter what time if day it is) if I call it immediately goes to music and after 10 minutes gives you a message and hangs up. If I email support they don’t answer the question and I ask so 4 or 5 days going back and forth. My healthcare provider is great but support is terrible Sesame Cares Standard Reply below. Nurse missed my appointment. Told to wait 20 mins before complaining. Asked chat service for help which was a waste of 15 minutes. tried calling, wasted another 10 minutes trying to confirm they will refund me for the first missed appointment. This service is not reliable.

I have incredibly mixed feelings about Sesame care. The customer service representatives are awful. They have no idea what they’re doing and the only way to get accurate information is to speak to a supervisor. The website is not user friendly at all. It takes you in circles and it’s hard to find the service you’re looking for. It always ask for additional payment for services you’ve already paid for. The first Dr’s I had was ok, but the second Dr was much more thorough and I felt was good. Overall, there’s a lot of improvements this service could use.

Doctor was very nice. But their customer service is horrendous. I spent 3 weeks going back and forth trying to get my order (semaglutide) right. First doc ordered wrong thing. Then she did it again. Then finally got it right. But their customer service people (I had four phone calls and exchanged at least a half dozen emails) could never straighten it out and get me the right product. CRAZY!!!!! I had to just cancel and go to another provider. Literally, I don’t get it. (Btw you meet doc once, then have to “message.” At least in my case, she never seemed to read what I was saying. Too many patients I suppose) Additional edit from 9/24; I’ve since found I can’t get them to refund my money. Have called CS twice. Despite the laughable response from the company to my initial post (to call their customer line, which is the actual cause of all the problems) I think these guys are horrible. At least if anything goes wrong, and you need help. Or a refund for product not received.

Misleading information. Promises a $40 telehealth visit then charges $97 instead.

The doctors I spoke with are very competent and caring but referred me back to my GP. I have been trying to cancel my subscription since day one and have not had any success. Very troubling. Update: Amazing that they respond to my review but not to my emails. I have been calling and emailing for more than a month. Phone calls go to auto response that says go to website for support. Emails also have auto response. I have filed complaints with BBB and NY Attorney General.
