If you are lucky enough to get an appointment slot with Dr. Michael Chan; then you will have a seamless appointment for med refills. We were no longer able to afford Kaiser coverage and thankfully we found Sesamecare. Finally, someone has cut out all the B.S. the middleman represents within our broken healthcare system and just allow patients to connect directly with Physicians for services. I hope this is the way of the future.

It's so convenient. I needed an appointment for my son to get a prescription for his hyperhidrosis (his palms sweat terribly). Going to a dermatologist would mean making an appointment, which wouldn't be available for weeks, taking off from working, driving him there, and then getting the prescription. With Sesame Care, the appointment was made the same day, the call was done on my computer from the comfort of my home and the prescription was sent out that day. Such an easy and cost-effective way of helping my son deal with his hyperhidrosis.

The Dr was awesome and very courteous and professional and concerned

It is impossible to get into my PCP the same day or sometimes even the same week so SesameCare is definitely worth it to me! The doctors have each been super friendly and caring so far. Also you don't have to worry about insurance at all.
