Hello
Hello, I am a patient who had organ transplant surgery. My medication ran out two months ago and I made a doctor's appointment and got a prescription for 10 mg prednisone. I have to use it every day. Normally, prescriptions have a validity period of one year. I have a prescription and since it was active in the system, I went to CVS and found out that my prescription was not active. Sesame I called customer service and they told me that I should make another doctor's appointment and get the medicine prescribed again. I don't have the medicine and they victimized me. Definitely do not trust this company and get a prescription or anything, it is a money trap. Those who want to get a prescription from this company should not forget that if you have a medicine that you use regularly and even if you tell the doctor about it, they can only prescribe it for that month. When you go to the pharmacy the next month, that prescription is not activated. Customer services recommend that you make an appointment with this institution every month and get a prescription. didn't solve it.
