My appointment was early. Dr. was prompt and very polite. Prescription refill went great. 👍

The doctor is very good, it's easy to make an appointment and the video calls with the doctor our brief and complete. The only issue is that when the doctor issues the prescription something in your system stops it from processing and being transmitted to my pharmacy. This has occurred twice. Each time I have to call the help number and get them to do something so that the prescription will be mailed or issued to my pharmacy. I'm not sure what the hiccup is, it's not on the doctors end, it seems to be something in your system. That is a royal pain in the you know what for me to have to chase it each time.

Dr was good. There was a break down in the video communication… we could not get a visual of the doctor. Seemed like the appointment was not going to be kept, but she called me live and we went over all symptoms and possible remedies for my illness. Dr. Did a good job

Salimah listened to my concerns about not being able to get my longterm insulin due to my last provider’s inappropriate behavior issues. She tried very hard to be sure she was writing the prescription correctly. I appreciate her attention to detail especially since there was a potential for becoming sick if I didn’t get the insulin. She was a nice lady.

My experience with my provider is wonderful. Her quality and level of care and professional, quality service is top level. She is the only reason this rating is not a 1 star. The rest of the my experience with Sesame has been terrible. They keep screwing up my prescriptions. They haven't given me refills on my last two scripts, and the only thing lower than the level of concern by their customer service was their ability to comprehend the English language. And even though the last two refills were not received they had no issue taking money out of my account. They also have debited my account one other time when there was no reason to do so. Customer service? Hardly. Had a script sent in now, 3 days ago. Still hasn't shipped. Here we go again. Avoid Sesame and their Rx

I felt very comfortable talking with her. I had an appointment a week prior for a symptom I was experiencing.. unfortunately the medicine prescribed didn't help clear it all up. I made a second appointment and she made me feel so comfortable and we discussed what the next best option for another medicine was. She was very prompt with the time of appointment. She listened to my concernas well. I would definitely use her again the next time I might need another appointment.
