Was convenient from home and easy to use although audio did not work on video call the Dr still called immediately

What made my experience great is my provide Rajendra Shrestha is always very thorough with asking me if I have any issues I need to discuss and shows he cares about my well being.he listens and gives sound advice.always punctual.im glad I was able to find him.keep up the excellent work.

The provider was ready and available at the time chosen for the visit. The provider listened to my issues I was having and called in the medications needed to my pharmacy. Would definitely recommend.

I've used other telehealth services and paid $200 for a membership fee to be able to access the telehealth and then gotten a bill after the fact with no knowledge of what I was in for because it never listed it unlike sesame does and I got slapped with a $304 bill for maybe a 5 minute consultation with a physician so it cost me $504 basically with this other place to get the same prescription that I paid the $99 membership fee and the $34 office visit for and in this situation with sesame I had from the time I made the appointment and signed up and had my prescriptions called in was less than an hour I believe. I'm not one to praise anybody but this was the easiest most stress-free situation I've had dealing with any kind of a doctor ever in my life at 52 years old and I would definitely recommend 100% to anybody if you're interested in going this route with going with them for certain. It was extremely cost efficient. There's no way if I went to a physical doctor where I live I would have paid anywhere near what it cost me so I'm forever grateful that I came across this and signed up it was definitely 100% worth it.

Dr. Turcotte was very attentive to listening to my symptoms and provided me with a great solution to what was going on. She was very kind and communication was wonderful. Thank you!
