Lorie was very caring and knew exactly what questions to ask to get to, not only the root of my problem, but also another problem I didn't even realize needed to be considered. She explained the medication she prescribed and why the old.meds would not work any longer. I felt that she genuinely cared and she saw me on a holiday.
