I had a virtual visit with Uzoamaka Onyedebelu, needing some medication. She prescribed some meds that cost more than $1000. (just to get some commissions). messaged her multiple times to change them to a generic form, never responded. She cares about money not you. Just find an MD, not a NP like her.

Horrible. The person wasn't a physician but a family nurse practitioner. He didn't have any knowledge about the medicine I take. A Nurse who doesn't know anything about prescriptions and protocols. I don't give a damn to FDA protocols, American articles showed the use of Hydroxychloroquine for auto immune disease like Lupus and Antiphospholipide antibody syndrome ( APS - disease that he sounded never heard anything about it which is auto immune disease that Hydroxychloroquine is used, see Pubmed! How a health worker doesn't know about APS??? ) and just see how many women use Hydroxychloroquine for recurring pregnancy loss because of Lupus and APS. Ridiculous. "Ain because of FDA blah blah". Only silly leftist Democrats follow FDA. A lot of physicians in the USA prescribe medicines off label / out of FDA protocols. PS: I am doctor from another country, I don't have license in the USA but I have knowledge. $45 dollars in the garbage.

Sad to have to leave a bad review but it is warranted. The televisit went well. Provider was nice and knowledgeable. Aftercare has been horrible. Sent me in a prescription for an inhaler. Evidently she forgot to put as needed so the pharmacy won't fill it until she clarifies. That was 4 days ago. I have called Sesame twice . They keep telling me to wait. Do they realize I need it because I CANT BREATHE????? Absolutely useless.

As a company, customer service is horrible , I never seen a Dr.and still waa charged for no service. Never use this service..

I booked a telehealth appointment after testing positive for covid, and the woman I talked to was useless. She didn't ask me any questions about risk factors, falsely claimed that I didn't meet the criteria for paxlovid treatment, and then lied to me about the potential seriousness of my existing medication and suggested that it could be dangerous to combine them, to try to dissuade me from seeking treatment. I spent fifty dollars to have an idiot tell me to drink water and wash my hands more, which is a pamphlet you can get from a waiting room. They're just scamming scared covid patients who are trying to get a time-sensitive treatment, do not under any circumstances fall for it.

This company is scamming consumers/patients. I had covid and scheduled and appointment online. I simply wanted to ask what address to provide, since I am traveling and want to make sure my prescription is called to the right pharmacy and covered by insurance. After 30 minutes on the phone with someone who didn't even understand my question, I asked to please just refund my money and cancel my appointment. They said they couldn't because I schedule the appointment for an hour later, and their time frame for canceling is 3 hours (an obvious scam because people are trying to schedule quick appontments). The provider called me 15 minutes into the appointment time and I answered the phone, he said he couldn't take me and wanted to know if I wanted to reschedule. I said it depends if he can answer a simple question, and he said he didn't know anything about calling in prescriptions. What is horrible is this company which is clearly not US based and clearly has 0 knowledge of the healthcare system or ability to care for patients, is stealing $50+ at a time from patients desparate for care because they are sick and our system is overburdened. They told me they would not refund me because of the provider's assessment, even though they performed no service at all. All they had to do to have a potential customer for life was simply answer my quesiton about my address. I'm incredibly upset and offended that they are systematically taking advantage of sick people, and I hope their company is shut down quickly.

It is a pill mill. They do not provide any actual care, but prescribe you drugs.

If you don’t want incompetent doctors who misdiagnose, prescribe outdated medications, and are impossible to reach, DO NOT USE SESAME!! I advise you to spend your money elsewhere. If I could give 0 stars I WOULD.
