Horrible fraud company. I will report them to all possible agencies. Paid for prescription like a month ago and never received. I am calling them almost every day for a month. They don't want to send me refund because I met with their doctor. They also blocked me on their email list so i can't even contact them. Please report this company to Better Business Bureau.

I had an appointment at 6:30 p.m. met with someone who wasn't an actual physician and she was supposed to prescribe prednisone and an antibiotic. It's noon the next day and she's not responding to my messages nor their customer service. I still have no prescriptions. Do not use this telehealth service!! I have used two other services and had no issues. They have had me on the phone off and on for over an hour and there's still no resolution.

Absolutely terrible experience. Doctor stated in my video appointment she was prescribing me antibiotics, which were urgently needed for an infection. She never sent the prescription over. Refused to reply to my emails. Company itself refused to acknowledge her failure to provide a promised prescription, and refused to refund my visit. They are also, as of a week later, refusing to cancel my monthly membership. Used another provider and got the prescription same day. Sesame is an immoral, laughable excuse of a medical service.

It is so frustrating dealing with Sesame customer service. I have tried for a week to explain my situation, but all I get is the run around.

Total waste of time and money, requested a refund, no response. No support available.

I had a review last week regarding the incompetency of this company. We were charged on Sept 16. for my wife’s monthly subscription. Nothing ever shipped. Her provider has turned off messaging and Sesame has said they would get that fixed four times now. She called every day last week. Asking to escalate this and get to fixed. Last Friday They said that it was fixed and would ship Monday or Tuesday. But shocker; it hasn’t shipped. They won’t help all they can do is say they email the stateside email address. At this point Seasme Care seems like a fraudulent company with off shored do nothing customer service. They don’t do anything to help. They take money and give nothing. Steer clear of this company. They will take your money and do nothing to resolve problems. Literally six phone calls on six days to the like they will auto spam as a response to this review. Just give us an actual number to talk to someone stateside that can actually fix our issue and overnight the meds or we are going to do charge backs.

I booked an appointment and paid for it. Doctor never showed up. I waited over two hours. I called sesame in the morning and they said there was nothing they could do and I would have to book another provider and pay out of pocket again. I asked them to use the money for another provider as I am down to one blood pressure pill. They said there was nothing they can do. They are a fraud company. Do not use them.

I received a prescription with four .25 ml injections that would be followed by another prescription with .5 ml injections as per the medical protocol, but I damaged one of the .25 shots. Sesame would not let me purchase a new shot, and told me to “just carry on the procedure with only three shots before you increase the dose.” Plus, no response to my messages.
