Sesame is falsely claimed they provide mental health care. Nurse practitioner was few minutes late and had no time to read my file and my notes. Her children were running and screaming in the background which was very distracting. She was unfamiliar with the medication I requested, she finally figured out Sesame doesn’t provide “controlled substance” . If you want them to recommend some aswaganda or anti depressant you are ok. My insomnia is beyond camomile tea. They charged me for nothing. Update: Sesame never reached out. Save your money and go to a local clinic

I made 3 appointments the same day by mistake. Cost me 150 dollars. Only talked to the doctor once that was 50 dollars. I didn't know anything about the other appointments They refuse to help me in anyway. For that I'm out 100 dollars. Do not use this company they don't care about their customers.

Terrible Experience. They cancelled my membership out of the blue so I could no longer access my health care provider and promised a refund that has yet to come. It has taken weeks of calling and emailing to figure out the how and why. Still no resolution. Is it a scam? Not sure, but I know I paid money for services I never received.

Terrible terrible terrible! I decided to try Semaglutide with them but I wish I never bothered. Hurricane Milton impacted when my medication was delivered. It arrived on the 5th day and it arrived warm and not iced. I explained the situation and they said at first they would send out the medication again. They said due to the hurricane and it arriving a day late they would send it out. Then they changed tune and told me it was within the date and can last up to 4 days without being cold. This is the first time taking the medication and it was 5 days and was left outside in the heat of Florida. So now they refuse to send out a replacement (even though they said they would) until I speak to a provider. So I spoke to my provider and she agrees the medication won’t work, so she puts in a replacement. It’s now been 10 days since ordering and so I try one of the shots to see if maybe it works (nothing, not a single feeling of fullness or side effect). I call back to ask when the new medication will be delivered and I was told it would be shipped out in the next 2/3 days. I now have waited another week and I call back and one of the many customer service people I have spoken to now tells me I don’t have a delivery coming! That I would need to provide a picture of the medication? What even are these lies? Like every time I’ve talked to someone they tell me something different. This was my first order and the customer service and the misinformation and lies told by the customer service is not acceptable. This is a scam. Don’t waist your time, money and energy. Speaking to Chelsea and Joyce or anyone. They have no idea what they saying and just give you the run around.

I paid for a consultation visit for a prescription for a certain medication, (that i got prescribed for many times), the consultant refused to prescribe me for 2.5mg minoxidil because it was not FDA approved (but again, recommended and previously prescribed many times). Then I asked for a refund and he said no because we already had the consultation, i tried contacting sesame through their chat bot which tells me to call their number, then the number has an automated voice that tells you to email them, then they dont respond to the emails. So they basically scammed me.

Worst company. The doctors are good and helpful but the support is awful and they took my money. I signed up for the weight loss program for $249 a month. First month, I actually received my medication. Second month, it has now been 2+ weeks and I never received it. My doctor even wrote me another prescription and they are having issues "processing" my prescription. I have called them everyday and emailed them, they all say the same crap that we are looking into it and please contact us. It's to get you off the phone, they don't do anything and never respond back. Now someone from Sesame will reply and say the same crap that please call us or email us at xxxx and nothing will get resolved. I have proof of emails and calls. The best thing you can do is file a chargeback with your credit card company because they are not even offering to refund my money, at best a partial refund. I paid $249 a month, first month I don't expect any refund because I got my medication but second month partial refund for what? I should get the full money back. I am going to file a chargeback with my credit card company if they don't get this sorted out in the next day or two. Worst company just taking people's money and not delivering!!!!

I enrolled in the weight loss (semiglutide) program, and initially gave a five-star review, but now want to retract it all. My dose was wrong (too low), and no one, including my provider, told me that their pharmacy doesn't yet issue in the dosage level we agreed to in the first consultation. Then, when I sent a message to my provider about the dose shortfall, she never responded. I waited four days before calling Customer Service, after which my provider responded. She told me she'd left the weight loss program. I didn't receive any notice about this change either; how was I supposed to know? Then, to make matters even worse, when your provider leaves Sesame, they (Sesame) cannot switch you to another provider. Instead, they have to cancel your entire program, and you have to start over from scratch. I talked with three different people, who all told me the same thing - cancel and re-start - which is beyond ridiculous.
