I sent Dr. Monika Bhalla a message that I didn't think my video camera was working correctly. And I asked if she could call me. And then my phone rang and we conducted the appointment by phone. And she was so nice and helpful. I'll definitely choose her again.

I was sooo happy with the ease and availability of this company...over the moon, seriously! Dr. Isabor was excellent, kind, funny, knowledgeable and quick. I was able to get the televisit the morning of and my meds within the next hour!!!! I didn't need to sit in my local urgent care for hours, pay a ridiculous co-pay of $100 plus most urgent care centers now always charge for bloodwork, which typically is another $170 then send you random bills for extra testing for strep throat, which I had. I can't tell you how thankful I am for this company and telehealth industry. I had to decline insurance through my work ($400 pm for a single non smoking, no special care/no meds female along with a crazy high deductible 😳) To have this solution available at my fingertips is incredible. Thank you for revolutionizing this industry to make simple healthcare more affordable!!! Truly!!
