I wasn't able to join virtual appointment with Deanna, due to technical issues with the ISP, 10 minuets passed Deanna called me, asked if I am going to join, when I told her about the issues with ISP, she asked if I want to reschedule or stay on the phone. I explained what my medical issues is, she listened patiently and recommended two different medications, we agreed on one medication, less than 10 minutes I received a text that my prescription is ready to be routed to the pharmacy I choose. In summary I didn't have to reschedule, pay for two visits and most important delay in treatments, because she cares about her patients first rather than her financial wellbeing.

My video appointment went flawlessly. On time and done in minutes. Got the med I needed,and Salimah was professional and friendly. Worth the visit.

My provider, Lorie Poston, was terrific as always. Very attentive and knowledgeable with a friendly, relaxing personality. I can't recommend her highly enough. She easily gets a 10/10 every time!

The visit was efficient, but not rushed. The provider asked the right questions, listened to my answers, and made sure to take the important factors into consideration before providing treatment. Quick, easy, effective!
