I loved how quick Lorie was to listen to me and provide me with solutions. She really cared about my well being and made sure I had all of the information necessary about my medications and treatment plan so I could be confident in feeling better as soon as possible. It was a seamless interaction from start to finish and my visit summary and prescription were both available to me within hours. Hands down the best experience I’ve had from a Telehealth urgent care visit.

The site is easy to use. Also, the provider I was matched with was friendly and efficient. I also appreciate that they have providers available overnight and on weekends and provide a variety of service options to choose from. Can’t ask for much more! When I was trying to choose my pharmacy with their prescription service, the address finder didn’t work for a couple tries. However, I was able to get it working without having to contact customer support. It may have been a glitch on my end, so it’s not worth docking a star. Another thing I’d like to make note of is that their notification system is very handy!

Joseph Isidore was very kind and considerate. He was very thorough and professional, he diagnosed my condition and gave me medication to treat it. I was so grateful to not have to go to the emergency room for care. I’m feeling better today!

I once again had a great visit with Dr. Isibor. While waiting on my appointment I took the time to read his recent reviews. And discovered an unfair review from another patient. I'd just like to say in defense of Dr. Isibor who I have been seeing regularly for a few years, that he has provided me fantastic service at each and every appointment. I don't think people understand the hours and back to back shifts these Dr's work to provide us with quality healthcare. It is not uncommon for Dr's everywhere to take a cat nap when they have the opportunity in order to stay on shift and provide much needed service to patients in need. Thank you Dr. Isibor for your selfless work. I recommend you 100%!
