I had been very sick for days and doing my best to avoid a visit to the doctors office, as I had recently lost my health insurance. I finally caved around 2 am and began to Google online appointments. Sesame made scheduling super easy, my appointment was schedule for 3 am but I got a call from the Dr almost immediately after submitting my information. It was an easy and painless process, the cost was less than my copay WITH insurance would have been had I physically gone to an urgent care. My prescription was sent immediately. I love that I continued to get updates through Sesame on the status of my prescription. They really see you all the way though. Fantastic experience!

This is the best online care experience I have had yet with Dr. Ubundule. I am so pleased with how I was helped efficiently and effectively. I received a discount card in case I needed it. Luckily my insurance covered the medication but I like that they were thoughtful enough to email me a discount for it should I need it. It is normally very expensive without discount or insurance. I also felt heard and was given exactly what I needed quickly as well as an invitation email for a follow up care appointment in two weeks to be sure the medication is working for me. Thorough while still being a time saver!

He was very nice and asked a lot of questions. He also explained everything to me.

I was super nervous at first but Dr Samer Muala made me feel so comfortable he answered all my questions and I felt super motivated and excited to start my journey, I did not felt rushed at all.
