It’s weird actually. I’m trying to navigate the American healthcare system without insurance, it’s just a stack of subscriptions that still ends up being cheaper than a healthcare plan. But it was weird explaining to a stranger why I want to try a new mood stabilizing medication. I only had 15 minutes to plead my case and, since I’m emotionally dysregulated, it was actually kind of stressful and he wasn’t very…pleasant. Very to the point. Kind of squinted at me like I was lying the whole time. I felt very exposed. But I got the prescription so I guess it was a success. I’m excited to try it, it’s the first time I’ve tried to treat my disorder with medication. So yea I mean, ultimately it was an ok experience.

The specialist I saw was easy to talk to, felt simple- didnt have to check into a doctors office.

They were 15 minutes late, but resolved my issue and got me the prescription I needed instead of paying way more to go to urgent care.

NP Tod Work was excellent. He urged me to talk and then gave me feedback that reinforced he was listening. This is a rare quality, because my recent experience with MDs indicates they suffer from confirmation bias, and really aren't interested in hearing anything that might contradict their preconceived notions. So NP Tod was a welcome relief. He gave me good advice, and seemed to me an advocate to me The reason for 4 stars has to do with difficulty with Sesame app and website in connecting for my appointment. But I did connect, and once I did was happy with quality of virtual appointment.

Well the visit went well she did prescribe me the medications that are in fact helping me however I have not yet to receive my work excuses that she was informing me she would provide to me by email within the hour and it's already been Friday now and I can't return to work without one I've left her numerous messages and I've tried to contact chat support and I have not getting anywhere I need my work excuses excuse me from work on the dates of Wednesday and Thursday please can someone contact the provider that I had a virtual visit with and please advise her that work excuse is at this point needed to be provided to me n a urgently matter if I don't provide a work excuse to my employer he's already advised me that I will no longer be able to be employed with the company I paid for your services and I'm happy with the provider that and the results that I got but if I become unemployed because she did not provide me the work excuses at a due time that I was told and not responding back to me then I think that as a company that you provide services to should look into something like this because you want this to become a pattern with other patients and then end up losing customers and relying on your services that they pay for

It was prompt and professional. Better than going in to a clinic or urgent care facility. Also very reasonably priced w/o insurance.

My appointment was good and the doctor was kind. The marketing info made it seem like it was $99 for the Dr. appointment and the first month of medication. I found out that the $99 was only for the Dr. consultation. I was informed that for Tirzepatide it was another $400 and for the Semaglutide compound, it was $140. I was looking for a much less expensive Tirzepatide solution, but I feel tricked by the marketing.
