I booked a dermatology appointment through Sesame, expecting a professional consultation. Instead, the provider was late and never even looked at my skin, which is unacceptable for a dermatology exam. I was promised a prescription that would be ready the same day, yet when I arrived at the pharmacy, it had never been sent. When I reached out for a refund due to the lack of actual medical care, Sesame refused and responded dismissively. Their customer service is unhelpful, and they take no accountability for provider negligence. Avoid this platform if you expect real medical care.
