I have medical care through the VA, and it is difficult to get through to a Doctor, and the only way to get immediate care is the Emergency room. My low-grade urinary tract infection did not need emergency care. Other online medical services for UTI were for women only, and had low Trust Pilot ratings. So I found and used Sesamecare which has a 4.5 star - 83% positive rating. Received prompt service from the RN that I choosed. He agreed with my own assessment of UTI and sent the prescription to my Pharmacy of choice. He also emailed me Lab Orders to use if the prescription did not "cure" my UTI, and recommended a follow up appointment. Their entire online system is very professional, and esy to use, Email communications are excellent. They have an app for use on an iPhone, which includes the Video Tele-visit with the Dr. I had a very good experience and recommend SesameCare.

I love the fact that she listened to me and knew exactly what was needed to help me with my visit. She was very kind and thoughtful and made me feel that my visit was important and helped me get the results that I needed.
