The company knowingly allowed customers (i'm one of them) to book appointments and charged them for the appointments when there systems were down. and then held the customers money for 5 days. They also lied stating that they took the site down for maintenance to prevent this. its still up and their systems are still down. the only solution they provided was "Oh We will issue you a refund in a week but please, give use more money today to book another appointment, the system should be back up soon"

Bottom line: do not trust! Do not prepay for anything, as they charged the fee but did not provide the medication or a refund. I enrolled in a monthly weight loss program that provided medication and visits for $249. When Sesame changed the way they handled the program I canceled the old one so that I would not be charged for an additional month. I expected to receive the medication, but they say they cannot provide it. So I asked for a refund, and the company is only giving me a partial refund inspite of providing no services.

Had a burn on my scalp. Doctor recommended hydrocortisone. Did some research, hydrocortisone not recommended for burns. Advised doctor. Doctor replies after it heals, use hydrocortisone. Huh? I was trying to heal it! Not what he said during visit. Never used hydrocortisone, kept it clean, used antiseptic spray and vaseline. Healing nicely. Complete waste of $54.

Awful customer service you can just tell they are a really cheap company that just wants to spit out easy prescriptions and Dr notes. God forbid the Dr actually uses the full length of time. Don’t waste your money here.

They can't prescribe controlled substances such as Xanax or Valium. They don't highlight this until you pay them. Then they take your money. To elaborate, I am extremely familiar with anxiety and drugs that help alleviate the condition. Buspar, Vistaril, and basically every non-controlled substance is totally inferior to controlled substances. I'm 54 and I am well-aware of this. They should have advertised that they are unable to prescribe controlled substances clear and loud. I pay for drugs, not sugar cubes. Moreover, the doctor never even appeared for the appointment. He sent me an email. Then I got charged $77 for the appointment he failed to show up at. I feel that was wrong. I work hard for my money, and I don't have a lot of it. I contacted my credit cards fraud department and advised them to decline payment.

The doctor didn't show up at the time of the appointment, and I was still charged for it. Trying to get my refund but to no avail!

Customer support is pathetic. Doctor sent a Prescription to Walmart Pharmacy. Walmart Pharmacy could not verify Sesame care Identity and could not fill prescription. I have followed up multiple times with customer care of Sesame but they didn't verify their identity with Walmart Pharmacy yet. They hardly respond. Sesame, for god sake, please reply. We are still waiting for prescription. It's not fun. Please don't play with someone's life.
