Made an appointment for 11:15 showed up 10 minutes early, at the bottom of the screen, it stated that the doctor was away. When my appointment actually started, the doctor never showed up I waited 40 minutes for the doctor to show up. They no showed then I reported it to try to get a refund and they refused my refund stating that the doctor showed up even though clearly they did not this company is extremely predatory. They do not care about their patients go to good RX care instead they actually care and you get great deals there. I had so much better experience there. I never write reviews, but this company truly made me sick.

Totally useless, I paid for a visit, shown them my lab results and they denied a pretty basic prescription

I needed a prescription for an antibiotic but didn’t have time to go to the doctors office. I tried Seasame in the past and they were great. This time no one showed up and it cost $65 for me to sit there and wait for a doctor that never showed up. I waited a half hour. I reached out to their 24/7 customer service and no one responded. I now have to call my credit card company and have them remove the charge.

ABSOLUTE WORST!!!!! First off their website SUCKS. I spent 40 minutes trying to book and every single time it said the time wasnt available. Then when I call, i get sent to a FILLIPINE CALL CENTER where they are ABSOLUTE ROBOTS. Sir, can i confirm your info 5 times!!!

I scheduled an appointment with Sesame Care on March 28, 2025 and decided to only use their services for that one time only. I continued to be charged the $89/month for the next 3 months even though I was no longer using their services. Unbeknownst to me, I had inadvertently been registered for their ongoing subscription and had been charged an additional total of $267 until I finally discovered it on my statement in July of 2025. No doubt somewhere in the fine print there was mention of this subscription but it certainly was not evident and it was clearly DECEPTIVE PRACTICES! After I called Sesame several times to dispute these unwanted charges they refused to refund my money. Now warning others so it doesn't happen to you!! 7/15/2025 UPDATE: I received a surprise phone call last night from Sesame and I am pleased to say that they have decided to refund my $267. Thank you Sesame for listening and doing the right thing in the end. But still a lesson to me to be more careful and read the fine print in the future.

I signed up for the $79 subscription. I had my first visit which went ok. The PA prescribed meds that are still processing as of today. Who knows when they will ship. I looked at my next payment and it says I will be charged $106. I did not agree to that. What I agreed to was $79 to be charged every 4 weeks. I'm canceling and just writing off the $80. Do not waste your time and money with this company.

I had a virtual appointment scheduled with Larissa Davis, and she never showed up. I waited well past the appointment time and sent multiple messages with no response. No explanation, no follow-up, nothing. Completely unprofessional and a total waste of my time. Would not recommend based on this experience.

I showed up at 11:45 am to an 11:45 pm appointment and assumed the provider just didn't show up. No refund. I understand the policy, but this is just bad customer service. So much for an ADHD provider.
