I approached them for a consultation and they did not even treat my ailment despite my answering the questionnaire prior to the appointment. $79 was charged for nothing and then they billed me another $79 for a membership that I immediately canceled and they still refuse to refund any of it. I do not recommend them and I would be careful what you sign up for -not to be trusted!!!

Paid $79 for a 2 minute consultation telling me they can't provide medication. Misleading advertising, lack of patient duty of care.

I made an appointment to get a prescription from Sesame on June 27th for my acne medication. As I'm signing up to just get an appointment it says $59 plus $10 so I'm like oh ok. One time charge of $59 and I talked to the doctor for less than 15 minutes on the phone and got my prescription. Everything was fine till I saw I got charged again like a healthcare subscription from Sesame care... which I haven't used at ALL since getting my prescription. This is a very predatory business tactic to implement and for the customer care associate that I spoke to about this issue, they did absolutely nothing to help. I explained my issue and they took forever to respond + gave me information that didn't make any sense. My provider said I had 12 refills the same day I talked to her. NOT THAT I WAS PAYING $59 A MONTH NOT EVEN FOR THE ACTUAL PRESCRIPTION?? THE MEDICATION COST ISNT INCLUDED IN THAT SO WTF AM I PAYING $59 FOR? NOT AN APPOINTMENT OR A PRESCRIPTION. I'm getting charged for f** all. Refund the $59 charge I was recently charged and ensure I still have 10-11 more months worth of refills as i was told via my provider on the phone.

Scheduled a visit. 10 minute before visit the cancel and say they can’t treat me. Didn’t give any reason why. They charged my account and then issued a refund which will now take 5 days to get back. Then they asked for me to schedule again. Are we just taking money and then cancelling visits? How many times will this happen

This is a horrible company that scams customers of out large amounts of money and doesn’t send their medications. I pre-paid for 6 months of medication and have received one prescription over the last 3 months. They won’t refund me my money and give me excuses as to why my medication hasn’t been sent to me. Absolute worst company I’ve ever encountered. Update: Sesame’s response that they sent me a request for my info so they can assist me isn’t true. I haven’t received that request from them. Also, them leaving their email and phone number so I can reach out for assistance is a joke because I’ve reached out via email and phone many times and the response is always “They’re still working on it and it’ll be another 24 to 48 hours.” And there are no supervisors available at any time ever to assist.

I did not want to choose one star - I acceoted the offer of Padre four times - I got his payment and command receipt - four times - and I did not get ANY answer - so I write here- I this mail does the same I take an international network attorney at law- because of the fake of this person- it seems to me he is not existing - You will aprove it internationally Hans-Detlef Thielsch

I subscribed to a weight loss program for $249 per month that included compound semaglutide. The first month was fine, the 2nd month the prescription was 3 weeks late due to a medication shortage. After the third month, Sesame stopped providing this program, and they automatically switched me to a different program which does not include any medication, although I never authorized that. As a result for 2 months in a row, they charged me $89 per month for services I never subscribed to. When asked for a refund, I have been given the run around.
