I saw my provider two months ago. One of my medications needs a refill. Instead of refilling they are making me make an appointment. When I tried to make an appointment multiple times the system says there is something wrong with my card but my bank says all good. The customer service guy just now was so rude. He implied that it was somehow my fault or my banks fault when I used two separate cards. I explained that they are delaying care and the guy honestly acted like he didn’t care. I never leave a bad review but my experience has been terrible.

THIS IS MY PLEA TO SESAME CARE:
THIS IS MY PLEA TO SESAME CARE:
I have a simple request and that is to receive my prescription at a location where I will be able to receive it in a safe and timely manner. I need my prescription delivered on a weekday (Monday through Friday) to my office. This is how I got my prescription for many months before I paid for a full year up front. Now that you have my money, you totally ignore my request.
When you insisted on delivering it on a Saturday, I was forced to change my delivery to my home. Unfortunately, after waiting all day (and wasting my one day off) FedEx never showed up. After hours of stress due to angry phone calls to FedEx, they finally brought it at 8:00 PM. If they had not shown up on Saturday evening, they would not have delivered it until Monday, when I would not be home to receive it. In addition, the meds would have been out of refrigeration for five days.
I take my prescription early on Saturday morning so that side effects won't affect me on Sunday at church or Monday through Friday at work. Receiving it on Saturday evening interferes with my schedule.
Why is this such a difficult request for you to honor?
THIS IS THEIR ANSWER:
If you would like your medication to be delivered to your office, it is essential that you update the delivery address on your end prior to the shipping of your next medication order. Regarding the delivery time, we cannot guarantee specific days for arrival. Once we have handed the package over to the courier, we will not have visibility into its movement. However, you are welcome to reach out to the courier directly for further assistance regarding your delivery request.
As you can plainly see, they refuse to help out.

Awful experience as a medical provider
Awful experience as a medical provider on the platform. Took 3 months for them to approve the application. I can’t adjust my profile/pricing on my own and need to submit a google sheet to have them do it. Takes weeks for them to get to it. General support emails also take weeks. To put the icing on the cake, they take about 40% of patient fees if pricing yourself competitively.

Scam!
Scam! Do not use! I booked an appointment and the doctor never showed up! I was not given a credit or even the ability to get another doctor, unless I paid more money! That’s right, after they stole my money they expected me to book another appointment at my expense and hope the doctor shows up again. Scam! Scam! Scam! I am now out of money and I have to find another way to see a virtual doctor. Save your time and money! There will be a class action lawsuit soon against this company. I bet $100 on it!

Bait-and-Switch With Sesame Plus: No 90-Day Refills, Poor Customer Service
I recently had a highly disappointing experience with Sesame's customer service, specifically regarding their Sesame Plus membership. The membership advertises 90-day prescription refills with no listed exclusions, which was a major factor in my decision to sign up. However, when I sought a refill for a standard, non-narcotic medication I’ve been taking for years—after consulting a provider through their mental health program—I was told I could only receive 30-day refills and would need to schedule monthly appointments.
When I questioned why Sesame Plus was promoted as offering 90-day refills if that was not the case, I never received a clear answer. The customer service representative was unhelpful and even ended the conversation abruptly. When I called back, the phone agent didn’t seem to know what Sesame Plus was or how to verify my membership at all.
This feels like a classic bait-and-switch. The promises made about Sesame Plus don’t match the reality, and the lack of transparency combined with poor and unprofessional service makes for a frustrating and unreliable experience. I would urge anyone considering their Plus membership to be wary—what is advertised does not reflect what you actually receive.

All around terrible
The doctor gave me the wrong prescription dose. And not only that, the prescription was supposed to be ready in 30 minutes and it’s still not ready the next day.

Decietful billing and impersonal care
Be careful of deceitful billing practices. I used this as a one-time service, but their website listed my membership as “free basic” while I continued to be charged. When I called, they canceled my account but refused to reimburse me. Terrible customer service. They make it VERY difficult to cancel and provide no clear instructions on how to do so. The service itself was also impersonal and completely rushed and provided no help for my anxiety besides prescribing a glorified dose of Benadryl. Avoid at all costs.
