No supoort - Waitng on chat for 30 min+. Doctors suddenly removed. Not easy to schedule a second visit. Extremely difficult to contact anybody when doctor forget to phone in prescriptions. Will not use again. UPDATE: Sesame offered a refund and more importantly reacted to my feedback. I hope they will reconsider their Chat and make sure wait times are below 5 minutes. Changing my overall feedback from 1 to 4 stars.

DR was okay. Late for the appointment time. Did answer majority of our questions.

A good concept. Delay in one med getting here.

The doctor experience was great very knowledgeable and understanding but the pharmacy wouldn't fill the prescription.
