I have had nothing but a good, positive experience. I have used Sesame three times, today being one of them.

Problems with audio were quickly resolved. Prescription was not sent to my pharmacy but again was quickly resolved. It was so nice to speak to a dr within 2 hours of contacting Sesame. When you're sick you can't always wait even a few days and I really don't want to go into a emergency clinic in the covid era.

Everything went as promised and in a timely manner. Will use Sesame again.

The online Doctor was very helpful in getting my prescriptions filled. She also helped me to get a referral to have blood work done. Was able to save a lot of money doing it this way, at my old doctors office they charged me well over $400.00 each time i needed to re up my meds. Doing it this way I got it down to about $300.00.
