I must admit that I was a bit hesitant to use Sesame but their website is easy to use and it allows you a choice of physicians to choose! Very quick to set up an appointment that worked for me and my daughter. I would definitely use their platform again if the need arises. Love being able to use it on a one time basis rather than joining with an annual fee. Dr Ogbu was my positive choice for seeking a prescription for Hyperbaric Oxygen Therapy treatments for my daughter! Thank you Dr Ogbu and Sesame!

Sometimes the video chat just does not work… Other than that it’s a great plan for me as it seems to respect my time as well as the doctors.

The overall process was wonderful, quick and very efficient. Loved it. The only niggle I had was trying to get the video conference started. Had trouble and I could not find any information to resolve it. Got it in the end but it was several tries.

Very convenient. Helpful and pleasant physician. Seemed to be knowledgeable. Feeling much better. The only negative part was that there were no instructions given regarding the connection process. My husband (the patient) couldn't figure out how to activate the audio/video on his end.

So convenient and a surprisingly affordable option for virtual telehealth. I do not have insurance, but I found a provider with a really great rate. The provider had availability within a few days, which was great because I needed seen soon, but I could wait a little bit. I could have even seen them a day sooner but their availability for the day did not work with my schedule.
