SerwallReviews of serwalloutdoor.com

Ease of ordering online. Description and measurements accurate. Great quality and easy to assemble.

During the warranty period they hesitantly replaced a broken slat in the chair, after warranty another slat broke..... After the warranty period their weak email states, "We regret to inform you that our items are sold as complete sets and we do not offer individual parts for sale." Yet Serwall refuses to sell a replacement part. Their next response was..."To make up for this,we are willing to refund $10 to your new order as a gesture of goodwill." What a pathetic joke of a response. They want you to buy another complete chair but by the way we'll give you $10 off. I WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND SERWALL AGAIN TO ANYONE. Buyer beware!

Everything was great except one chair seat arrived damaged. We are waiting for a replacement. We recommend using an electric drill for all the screws. Table and chairs are very sturdy. The chairs are really comfortable even without cushions

The order was delivered quickly. Great directions for assembly. All parts were labeled with stickers. Once assembly was completed the pieces were solid and just as advertised.

Priced fairly.Easy to order ,delivered as promised .Pleased with the quality.Would recommend.

Shipping was fast. Thankfully, the parts were labeled very well, making assembly much easier! Instructions were thorough. Quality seems excellent. The chairs are comfortable.

Easy to place order. Received order in a timely manner. Items were easily assembled. Appear to be a good quality at a fair price.

Serwall sells an exceptional line of outdoor furniture that is attractive yet carefree, sturdy and sustainable! I gave my daughter a whole backyard of it for her 40th birthday and she and her family were thrilled. They live in a windy climate with drastic changes in temperature that would hold-up to the elements. We couldn't be happier with the results, particularly their classy colors and transitional design aesthetic that fit in so well with their home! I did alot of research to find them and they were the MOST affordable in the category with the most customer friendly order process. Mary Ann
