SerwallReviews of serwalloutdoor.com

Still waiting for one part of order. Ordered two replacement parts in April. Waited a month for the first part to ship. Two weeks later received notice second part shipped day I was to receive first part. Yeah, never got it I live in Pennsylvania and it was delivered to Georgia. Received the second part and installed. Still waiting on the first part since April, have to wait to get the part from the factory. I'll be notified when that part shipped. Still waiting. Bought six chairs...this ones still sitting in our spare room

Bought two colorblock folding Adirondack chairs last season, used them for three months covered and put away. Took them out this season and the arms look as it they melted, rough surface and stained. I wrote to them and they absolutely do not honor their warranty. This company will definitely rip off the consumer. I wish I knew this going in before getting swindled. I would have bought in Costco.

Great product and super fast shipping!

Actually arrived quicker than expected. Chaise lounge and table went together very quickly. Had been looking for sturdy, weatherproof furniture and felt like these pieces fit the bill.

Terrible. One if my chairs never made it! Serwall refuses to send ne another one! I keep asking for axrefund and mothing has happened! I have called Serwall 32 times a d noone answers ir returns my call. I keep getting emails from a woman from Serwall abd she keeps saying ut needs more inves. She has all the documents that show it was lost! I want a refund or send me the chair 🪑

Serwall Outdoor Ottoman looks great! Love the navy color. Took only a few minutes to assemble it. The only downside is that there are holes drilled in the legs, but not into the crosspiece that fits into it. I used the included allen wrench to screw in the first screw, but with my arthritis that was too difficult. A quick job with my drill made it much easier and it was together in less than 10 minutes.

Great experience using this company to buy outdoor tables. After ordering a few, I needed a few more. I asked if they could ship them to me quickly, and they sent it out immediately. That is great service! Tables are sturdy and have a little weight to them, which is exactly what I needed for an island environment with frequent windy days.

Company does not honor their warranty. Rather than replace the part or the entire item as their website states, they offered $25 which I declined. They raised the amount, which I also declined stating I need a replacement or full refund of all items. I have reached out to BBB. Their warranty is worthless.
