Very sturdy chair! Waterproof and looks like real wood

The packaging was great, the instructions were well written; fairly easy to put together, although not accurate to say 1 person can put it together in 25 minutes! The chairs are very sturdy and well made.

I had a problem w a piece and although it took a lot of communication. They tried to fix it and eventually refunded me

Website was easy to navigate. Received patio set within a reasonable amount of time. Very sturdy! The overall quality and color exceeded my expectations!

I was pleasantly surprised with the quality of my chairs for the price. Definitely better than I expected. Hoping they hold up for years.

I never received the chairs! Write down your tracking number because Serwall will not send you a confirmation email about your order. Shipping information was sent 24 hours after the package allegedly arrived. It never arrived. Serwall customer service said I should have called them to ask for shipping information, which I have never needed to do for any online orders at any other retailer. They refuse to issue a refund. Do not order from this company.

the boards are very flimsy at the slightest pressure. I have requested a return label 9 times in emails and they reply with an offer of keeping the items with a discount.

Beautiful and sturdy. We had a little difficulty assembling and had to drill and enlarge the holes on one side of all 4 chairs we bought. But luckily the fix wasn’t too difficult. They arrived quickly. We like that they fold up for easy storage.
