I recently bought a new vivo V27 phone. I wasn't aware that there was a plan called vivo v shield by servify that covers fully damaged repair costs which vivo doesn't. Also appreciate the store guy who suggested me this.

Ok, really servify did a very good job, listening my complaint, really I don't expect the refund, but they did it, they are very professional and they care about their customers, very good servify.

Recently purchased a realme phone and then sales guy told me about realme care, which I liked since it protects me from high repair costs, esp since we have an energetic toddler and 2 dogs in the house. Needless to say, within a month of buying the device and the plan, I needed to use it - but the whole thing was pretty easy. Fully digital stuff, no hidden charges. 10/10 will recommend.
