Seamless and VERY satisfied
The entire transaction from start to finish was seamless. I made the phone call to initiate my claim at 9am on Saturday 9/23 and by 6pm the same day, my phone was fixed (as good as new).

Samsung at The Americana Mall…
Samsung at The Americana Mall (Glendale) and the mail-in service, both did a great job taking care of my replacement phone. Very happy to have my Flip restored and working again.
