Appalling company. Been waiting four months for a IFit cross trainer to be fixed (its not usable). Constantly have to chase (they wont update you). You phone them and there are no managers to speak to ever. They wont give timescales or a refund. Please save your money and time and DO NOT USE this joke of a company

Terrible Experience with Samsung Care+ by Servify.
I paid for Samsung Care+ when I got my new phone. Always have to have insurance, just incase something happens. Well this experience was completely awful. For the first time in a long time, I had broken my phone screen on my S23 Ultra 5G. I had to go through the insurance to get it replaced. I put all my information in, paid the deductible, and got my appointment date. I go to the repair shop, and they haven't received any information from my claim. I call, and they say they can't see that I have paid, and I need to pay again. We talk about it, and I send them a screenshot of me having paid said amount. They said they see it now, but they have to map out where the money went, and it would take 24-48 hours. Called days later, and they still needed time. Asked for a supervisor, and all supervisors were "busy" I would get a call back in 2-3 hours. No call till two days later. Go back and forth with these calls for a week, and i'm told I can take it back. Go back to the repair shop, and they still have nothing about my claim. Call again, and they tell me I need to wait more time. Two weeks later, I get an email about my claim being requested to be cancelled. I call them, and they tell me from having technical difficulties they had to cancel it, and I had to put in a new claim. They then tried to charge me an extra $70, because I previously put in a claim.
Update: Six days after everything, I was supposed to have a refund in 1-2 business days from what a supervisor has told me for the initial claim I made that they cancelled, and I just received an email on 5/15 telling me I will be getting a refund in 5-7 business days. This is a terrible company to wait for.

Worst service ever!!
Worst service ever!!! They will not replace your phone unless they can put a $900 - $1,200 hold on your bank account. Who has that kind of money for them to hold onto? And there is no where in the contract that they will put a hold on your account, if there was I wouldn't have gotten their insurance. Anyway I'm going to cancel this insurance and go with a different insurance carrier. Servify tried to send me a link to T&C but it does not say anything about a hold on your bank account. It reads if the device isn't returned in 10 days then they will charge you, nothing about a hold. Servify you need to familiarize yourself with your own T&C.

Please note that a security deposit is held on the card for every advance exchange repair claim. This deposit is refunded once the defective device is shipped back to us using the provided waybill. This process is detailed in the plan's terms and conditions under the NON-RETURN FEE section, which can be found at https://img.servify.in/samsung/SamsungCarePlus.pdf.

Terrible and Unprofessional
Absolutely, terrible and unprofessional customer service. My refurbished phone, after reading these reviews I have low hopes it will work properly, was sent to the wrong address. Thankfully I caught the issue, but it is unknown whether it will be resolved. I'm disappointed that the company can not contract qualified customer service agents. I will update the review as this process progresses.

Garbage
Garbage. I bought a new phone from Best buy. 10 days later, my phone reset and I was locked out of it due to it being "reported lost" or " a "trade in issue". It was never lost and I never agreed to any trade in. I called servify twice. The first time I was referred to a third party local company, that promptly told me that they didn't know how to fix such a thing. I called again and I was told to email them and they would reply back with the code to unlock it. well guess what, that takes 24-48 hours. WHY THE HECK IS THAT A THING! I am at 30 hours now and I cannot believe this a modern company. How could this possibly take more than 10 minutes to fix. I have never had a computer virus that was as annoying as this. Total garbage.

Samsung Doesn't Care+
It's been over 1 month and Samsung Care+ has sent me 3 defective replacements in a row. They ultimately decided to refund my purchase but the decision took far too long and I was left with a defective phone that couldn't do basics I relied on. Their customer service can be difficult to reach, quickly makes false promises, and they even advertise their 4.5 out of 5 star rating on their site - something they definitely don't have.
Their terms and conditions are ambiguous as expected but they have opted to do the bare minimum, bordering on violating the terms to do as little for the customer as possible.
I would avoid if at all possible. If needed, spend a few extra dollars on your own carrier's protection plan.

I have been a samsung care plus…
I have been a samsung care plus customer for years and servify is the reason I will no longer use Samsung care plus. I am going to assurion as they have a dedicated local center. Buyer beware you will end up spending 100$ for a cracked screen repair due to unavailable parts. I would blame this on samsung but servify doesn't do anything to offer a solution but spending 3 x the cost. It should be advertised this way as they mislead you into thinking you can get a 30$ screen repair.

Absolute garbage
In response to their reply... escalated to no one ! This whole ordeal is a literal joke. They send used phones without ANY quality control done !!!!
Absolute garbage. Better off buying a third party warranty elsewhere. Replacement phone was lost by Fedex - then suddenly it was found. I asked for a supervisor to contact me on 2/1 the agent confirmed today 2/5 they received it and I did not receive a response for a supervisor call back. Received the phone today 2/5 and it is carrier locked to AT&T - I do not have AT&T.
This company "Servify" is in INDIA. You are not dealing with Samsung or anyone in the US. They do not assist or provide adequate service/solutions.
They send 1. Used unreliable broken phones, carrier locked. 2. They do nothing but apologize and cannot offer true solutions. 3. They do not respond to emails. 4. Poor english speaking - they do NOT understand what you are telling them.
I will NEVER get samsung care+ again. $900 hold on my CC and who knows when I will get the next garbage replacement phone that doesnt work or carrier locked!
Now I am without a phone until who knows when! Paying a carrier for cell service I cannot use.
