Service was great

I had my screen cracked at work, so I used my $29 Samsung Care+ claim and sent my phone into them. It took about two weeks, give or take a couple of days, but I got my exact phone back and they even put protective film over the metal body! It looked brand new and was so fun to basically have a brand new phone. PLOT TWIST: They replaced two camera modules that were malfunctioning! I had problems with the 10x camera but thought it was software. Nope. It was hardware issue and they fixed it at no extra cost! I was surprised and extremely pleased with the quality of work they did! My screen was fixed, and my camera issue was fixed as a bonus!!! Other than the length of time I had to borrow an iPhone SE as a replacement (that drove me crazy with the iPhone keyboard) there were no complaints. The service was rendered correctly and above my original request. Well done!
