I just needed rear glass replaced. It was easy to file a claim make an appointment and have my phone repaired. The only thing I would recommend to improve would be to offer to rent a loaner phone while yours is being repaired.

The person in charge of repairing my phone was excellent. Bryan broke down the time required and why it would take that long and was very professional. He was actually done a bit early and my phone feels and looks like it is brand new.
