I received my device after weeks of tring to resolve my issues, which was i just need to pay the deductible which was very difficult! Called multiple times and got hung up on to pay the deductible. After finally paying the deductible and receiving my replacement phone. I get a letter from them stating my Samsung Care plus will be canceled and I cannot purchase phones from them now or the future. I still have one year on my policy to lost, stolen and repairs which i payed up front. Letter stated Samsung Care is closing this account. Not no refund for the year left i have on the account. This became a terrible company to use or purchase any insurance which is Samsung.

Buyer Beware
Buyer Beware: Protect Yourself at All Costs. Always take time-stamped photos and videos of your items before sending them for replacement—this is non-negotiable. We sent in a phone that had been in a MIL-SPEC OtterBox case from day one, showing absolutely no damage on the outside. Yet, after developing an intermittent green line, we returned it for a replacement. Weeks later, after they received the phone, they locked the replacement and falsely claimed the phone we sent had a cracked screen and scratches on the camera. To make matters worse, they are now forcing us to pay $99 to unlock the phone—a blatant attempt to scam us. Regrettably, we didn't take proof photos, as we never imagined a business would sink to this level of dishonesty. We have now escalated the issue to the Samsung CEO’s office, as it seems this is a repeated problem impacting other customers.
Update!
We did not get any further help. Called a few times but kept being put on hold with no resolution. Each time, we would be advised some one would reach to us with a resolution but no one did. To keep our sanity we decided to pay $99 to get the phone unlocked. The reply below is misleading

Horrendous experience trying to get screen crack repaired with samsung care+ and my zfold4. First in person repair could not find repair claim, then i sent in for mail service and it has been sitting at depot for over 7 days, and they automatically canceled the repair request becuase depot is so backed up. I am leaving Samsung and moving to Apple because of this poor service.

If I could give negative stars (-100) I…
If I could give negative stars (-100) I would. This company provided the worst customer service I have ever experienced. I had discovered a pink line on my newly bought Samsung phone (it was the pink one, and it's important for later purposes). I went to my Samsung Care Plus account and noticed that the easiest, and most convenient method for me was to get a fast replacement mailed to me. I filed the request and sent follow-up emails noting that I understood their fine print, but said that I would still prefer a PINK phone and was willing to wait for a PINK one to come in stock. I also called the following day, to make sure, and if they didn't I was going to ask them to delete my claim so I could go in for a walk-in repair.
The person on the phone said all was well. Surprise, surprise. I GOT A BLUE ONE. Note that the frustration comes after the customer going THE EXTRA MILE to communicate that she wanted a pink one and was willing to wait.
Anyway that's strike 1 & 2. Strike 3 came when I told them I was going to return the blue phone they mailed me. They said that was fine, I could then go in for a walk-in to fix the phone.
I was able to successfully book an appointment, while specifying WHAT PHONE I HAD AND WHAT ISSUES THERE WERE. No issues. When I came in, the UBREAKIFIX location turned me away because:
1) they did not offer in-warranty repairs.
2) they could not file my claim because I was waiting for Servify to close it once the replacement phone was mailed back.
PLEASE ALSO NOTE THAT THEY WILL NOT COMMUNICATE WITH YOU IF THEY HAVE THE PART OR NOT. I guess it's just an unpleasant surprise waiting for you when you get there.
So here I am, 200 bucks down, and I now have to call the Fremont location tomorrow to see if they
1) have my part because God-forbid they won't tell you that upfront
2) offer in warranty fixes.
So yeah, if any corporate overlord is reading this review,
1) TRAIN YOUR PEOPLE
2) COMMUNICATE BETTER
3) FIND A WAY TO COMPENSATE YOUR DISPLEASED CUSTOMERS WITH THE APPROPRIATE SERVICES & COMPENSATION since at this point, everything that has happened has been a fault of the system, and can now be viewed as a failure to meet contract terms.

They can switch the plans on the phones.
I recieved an email stating my plan is now inactive after 36 months. I had to log into the website to verify which phone. Mine was inactive, my daughter's was active. I tried to file a claim on my daughter's phone, but the website wouldn't let me. I called and was told there is a technical glitch on their end and try back in 48 hours. Tried to file the claim again, but they had switched the plans on the phone. Mine is now active and my daughter's in now inactive. I wasn't aware they could do that. They refused to do anything about it. All they wanted to do was agure with me. I should have taken a screen shot of the webiste the first time. She is now stuck with a damaged phone. Servify is a scam!

Find ANY other company to deal with other than this one
I pay monthly for Samsung care with Servify on my Samsung Z Flip phone. I placed an insurance claim on Sunday as I dropped my phone rendering it unusable. I provided an address for shipment of the replacement, paid my fee, and waited for my replacement. I called Monday to confirm it would be delivered Tuesday, and I was assured it would. Unfortunately, FedEx lost the item and I was told they did not know when I would get it. I contacted Servify to change the delivery address and I was told it would take them 48 hours to "change in in their system" at which time I would no longer be at the alternate location. I then called them to change my claim to a screen repair at their authorized repair facility and I was told I could not have two claims in place. So now, while i have an insurance policy, I have paid the $100 and change "deductible" on the new phone (which I don't have), and the $350 out of pocket on the screen at THEIR authorized repair facility because they won't cancel a claim on the lost device, change my address, or reimburse me for the screen after I send the original unopened replacement phone back.

SCAM! Do not purchase extended warranty with SERVIFY!
Bought an extended warranty for my Pro-Form Cross-trainer the legs have broken and I have been waiting OVER FOUR MONTHS for the parts! I have given up counting how many times I have had to email them for an update, only to be told ‘we are very sorry, we will chase the supplier for an update’ how can it take OVER FOUR MONTHS for parts to arrive? How do they think this is acceptable??? I have asked for a refund on my warranty as I am clearly never going to get my machine fixed ever!
Warning to anyone with fitness equipment DO NOT BUY AN EXTENDED WARRANTY WITH SERVIFY they will happily take your money but have no intention of getting your machine fixed!
