The whole process was simple and straight forward. Next thing I know I am signing for my replacement phone from the delivery guy and I am on my way with a good working phone again (only took a couple days to receive phone). I just followed the instructions that was sent in the box to send the old phone back and a couple weeks later I received a notification that my claim is all good to go and I don't owe anything (good lol).
