I had a great experience both times that I've had to use my Samsung Care+. I dropped my phone once and cracked the back. I was able to submit my claim through Samsung Care+, set up my appointment with UBreakiFix and was able to get it replaced the same day. I, unfortunately dropped my phone again, and this time I cracked my front screen. Once again, I was able to submit my claim through Samsung Care+ with UBreakiFix and was able to get it replaced the same day because they had the part in stock. I haven't had any bad experiences and the money I paid for my Samsung Care+ was worth it.

I replaced screen on my Galaxy s23 using Samsung care plus. It took 12 days and the result is nice . 4 stars because : 1) waiting time is a little bit long for simple screen replacement 2) I switched my phone to maintenance mode (special mode for repair, in which all private data are hidden) and ask them to not remove my data, but returned phone was with clean system . It's nice, that I did backup
