Stop stealing customer money. My repair was a manufacturer defect so it should have been fully covered. I was duped into giving card info by claiming I had to pay a $1 service fee when it was really to get my card info and charge me 100 erroneously. Then once I disputed and proved I was charged in error I was told I then had to pay 29 not 99 and would only get a partial refund. This company and insurance provided is a scam.

Die ganze Abwicklung ist eine lange Angelegenheit. Von der Schadenmeldung bis zur zur Reparatur und der Rückversand über drei Wochen. Bei dem Beschäftigten Samsung S23 Ultra war das Display und der Rahmen beschädigt, repariert wurde nur das Display und der Rahmen nicht weil Kosmetische Schäden nicht übernommen werden. Das war es mit Samsung Care+, nie mehr wieder..... Das nächste mal wird es wieder ein Apple iPhone mit Apple Care, das ist einfach die bessere Versicherung für ein Handy.

The quality of customer service encountered was unsatisfactory, and the request to speak with a manager was declined. Additionally, there exists a language barrier that complicates communication, and the company has not fulfilled its obligation to honor the warranty.

Horrible..the prompts aren't correct. Had to verify multiple day security checks. Couldn't initiate the repair online and had to call in. I was charged $200 instead of the $30 your supposed to be charged. Was given some excuse as there is a glitch in the system. I will be refunded the difference. That never happened. Still fighting it. The whole experience reeked of one of the YouTube videos where the people are scamming others. Horrible.

Only my last service was good. All other service over the last 3 years have been horrible. The samsung care +. Program claim filing is for the birds. I would say half if not more of the customer service agents I have delt with where boarder line rude. Twice I have had to ask to speak to a supervisor. One if those times he actually refused to put a supervisor on the phone. Even tried putting someone else on The phone to act like a supervisor, Luckily she did not. I am so did satisfied with the care plus program. I will not be renewing my subscription and I have multiple scripts. I even considered going to the dark side but figured why punish myself for your guys downfall. I have had to many problems with your devices not to have insurance on your devices. Seems like samsung makes them to break just so you have to pay for a subscription or buy devices more often then you want. Just another way to get more money from you. Samsung is almost as bad as the state of California (not something to be proud of). I will not be renewing any of my subscriptions. I will instead be giving my money to tmobile for there insurance. All though it is more monthly. They have yet screwed me in the 10 plus years I have been with them. Unlike you guy who try to screw me every chance you get.

If I could give Servify negative 5 stars I would! My Samsung ZFold 4 has broken. I have an insurance plan through Samsung which is 3rd party run by Servify. Their website and claims tells me they can't help because I haven't paid for my insurance. Billing recognizes I HAVE paid (it's on credit card autopay and has been for 2 years!). There is no override so the promised "resolution same day or next" has been delayed for a week because of "technical issues on their backend." Ummm... this is a service I'm paying for. It's not like they're doing me a favor. The incompetence is surreal. It's been a week since trying to get the "1 day repair or replacement" promised and in the last call I had with a supervisor I was asked to "be patient" and it should be resolved in 24 hours (which is what I was told yesterday and the day before and the day before that). So don't take Samsung's insurance. Get insurance elsewhere and make sure Servify is NOT the third party they use. UPDATE: After a week I received an email and a text saying my issue was resolved. I went to the Claims page and got a NEW error message that 'couldn't verify my address.' Meanwhile, I'd had the SAME issue in the past with my same phone and at that time they were able to verify my address. I had to call and was transferred to 4 different reps. About an hour later, I was told I'd have a new phone by tomorrow. I hope so, but I no longer believe anyone at this company.

HORRIBLE AND RUDE COMPANY. I RECEIVED AN EMAIL THAT THEY CANCELLED MY COVERAGE THAT WAS TO LAST UNTIL O8 21 2026 ON 01 17 2025 . I NEVER FILED ANY CLAIMS NOR ASKED FOR CANCELLATION AND PAID THE PREMIUMS FOR COVERAGE IN FULL. IM A LAWFUL TRANSGENDER WOMAN WHO THEY KEPT CALLING SIR AND CLAIMED I WASNT ME CONSTANTLY. THESE PEOPLE ARE DISGUSTING AND NEED TO BE FIRED. FOR THAT MATTER SAMSUNG SHOULD DUMP SERVIFY BECAUSE FACEBOOK HAS NOTHING BUT COMPLAINTS FROM RIPPED OFF CUSTOMERS WHO NOW REFUSE TO BUY SAMSUNG PRODUCTS BECAUSE SERVIFY SCREWS EVERYONE EXCEPT FOR A FEW. FOUR THOUSAND DOLLARS LOST BECAUSE OF THIS NASTY GROSS COMPANY SERVIFY. RESPONSE BELOW IS NONSENSE SECOND RESPONSE STATING ISSUE IS RESOLVED IS FALSE. IT IS NOT YET RESOLVED. WHY IS SERVIFY LYING. THIS REVIEW WILL INDICATE IF AND WHEN IT IS RESOLVED.

I bought a policy in Jan 2024 that covers breakage. In Dec 2024 I filed a claim #ITFY4ZUUUIT4 for a replacement device due to a cracked screen. I received a confirmation email they had received my claim and approved a replacement on 12/27. On Jan 13th after receiving no other communication and not receiving my replacement device I called them and they said they escalated the case to the back office for expedite. On Jan 14th I received an email saying they had shipped my replacement device. However, upon checking the FedEx tracking number 284362213066, it showed it was going to Maryland when my address is in Texas. I immediately called them back and tried to get them to make it right. Nothing was done and the item delivered to the wrong address in Maryland even though my address has always been in TX and they had the correct address. Called them back on the 15th and was told I needed to wait another 48 hours or more for them to verify the issue. I tried multiple times but this company is horrible. I want a new Samsung phone issued immediately or authorization to buy my own with full refund from them. I have spent hours on the phone with this company with zero resolution.
