It was eventually repaired. Each time I spoke to someone who could not speak English properly, the biggest problem was them taking down letters and numbers, they confused the z with x. Then, I could not file a claim online while on warranty, I had to call and deal with multiple people. Then after being shown as repaired, it sat there for a week until I called, and then it was shipped the next day.

Had problems getting the web site to work on my galaxy phone. Took 2 months to get a claim filed. Techs were bo help. Always wanting more. Eg. Explanation, then another email wanting screen shots. Then another email wanting video. Finally got the website to work using my son in-laws Apple phone. Very disappointed. Also very difficult to understand Techs. Need more Clear English speaking people to tend the phones.

Overall service was fine. I had to repeatedly call in to get an update on my tablet. On the day I called in was when I found my tablet was being returned. Your company sent my tablet to a random address in Arlington heights IL instead of returning the tablet to my home. Nobody seemed to know how correct the situation that you caused either effectively or efficiently. Overall service was good, the return of my tablet was very poor on your end. I want to know how you will prevent this from happening to other customers in the future.

It's a straightforward system if your replacement device works properly. I did not have a good experience until the end, mostly. The workers were nice but I had to contact hire ups to get real help. Be extra patient and you should be fine.

The repair facility, uBreakiFix, did a very good job with the repair. Through no fault of their own, the process was confused by Samsung warranty and Servify. For some reason I had to intervene because a warranty repair still required Servify involvement simply because the phone had coverage. In my opinion, Samsung should have managed the entire transaction under its own roof as a warranty issue.

Was able to get what we needed but the person was hard to understand. Had to call three times for help
