The reason I'm giving 2 star instead of 1 star is because the personnel, especially the Samsung Care+ agent, the gentleman has provided very GOOD service. He routed the flimsy SC+ system and helped me to get the job done. Despite agents are good, the Samsung Care+ should be banned with their obvious problematic system. SAMSUNG CARE+ PROHIBITED THE SHOP FROM REPAIRING YOUR PHONE EVEN YOU WANT TO DO IT OUT OF YOUR POCKET WHEN YOU DON'T CARE ABOUT THE $$$$ JUST WANT TO GET THE PHONE FIXED FASTER!!! Can you believe that?!

It took to long to resolve my issue. I was suppose to get a refund of $99, but Samsung Care+ end up charging me $99 again. A total of $198 charged to my credit card. Needless to say I am not happy.

We have the Flip phones which are plagued with the screen cracking after roughly a year and a half of service when new. When warrantied we are provided refurbished equipment which has a significantly lower screen life, as such they are required to be warrantied more often. As a result, we reached our maximim warranty expense well before the phones themselves are outdated. I feel like the phone values should be lowered to match what a refurbished unit would cost in reality, or the maximum allowed warranty value should be increased, or new phones should be provided when warrantied.

Servify, as an entity, is not entirely to blame for my horrible experience with my now 5th flip device. The problem lies within the countless loopholes and hoops customers have to jump through first before getting any resolution. I was forced to follow protocols that were not only inconvenient, but made my already damaged phone even more unusable during the days long procedures it took to get a replacement. It is unfathomable that a multi billion dollar corporation, such as Samsung wouldn't safeguard against black screen issues such that customers could get next day replacements. This is especially true for those using their devices for business, much less emergencies. I had a defective phone without any trauma to it, which proceeded to worsen over days and days of jumping through an array of hoops, having to borrow friends' phones and even using work landline phones just to get any resolution. Servify can only do so much before recommending to Samsung that indeed the device needed to be replaced... which of course cost me another 99.00, when my device was only 4 months old at the time. Maybe ask yourself, how does a customer actually use a phone without a working display and a completely black screen?? Answer: you don't! You rely on the mercy of friends and have to inconvenience everyone else before receiving a new device. It's maddening.

Slow response to activating my found device after mailing replacement device that I told them I didn't need. Also, slow turnaround on receiving credit on replacement device that was returned.

First problem when i did the claim took 8 hrs for the claim to be accepted. Second there is not an option to choose a cell phone color ( my original was a exclusive lime green from Samsung) Third it took almost 2 weeks for the cell phone to arrive, luckily I have 2 old phones that I can use

I don't like it. Because it taking so long to fix my phone and service is not helpful.

Everything the others have said. I purchased a Samsung S23 Ultra the day it came out, as I have been every other year. I have dealt with Samsung Customer Service on issues like screen replacements in other countries (UAE, SL, etc.), and everywhere else, it is a 2-day service even for cracked screen repairs. So, with the same expectations, I sent mine for repairs to Servify, this time while residing in the US. Boy, could I have been more wrong about my expectations! The device was delivered to them within 3 days, but there was absolutely no update on the portal for three weeks. It took 4 weeks to get a reply to my email inquiries. A phone call revealed that it was being held for a new chassis (which is understandable; it had only been a week since the phone was released), and a month and a half later was sent back with the chassis and the screen fixed but with the same VERY visible scratch on the wide-angle lens cover which blurs some images at certain angles. Now they want me to send it again for repairs which I have to pay $99 again. Guess who won't be buying any insurance that has anything to do with scammy companies like this? I plan on writing to Samsung CS so they know better than to work with these third-party services.
