useless & pathetic process - so much delay in service. scam! scam!
I sent my mobile for repair and due to their pathetic and useless process it took 3 days to pick up and they have only one service center in entire Mumbai, thane, Navi Mumbai and I think overall Maharashtra
and they took 2 days to make an estimate of cost, total 5 days wasted and after that, they said it will take 7 days to repair. total 12 days and then mobile delivery will take 2-3 days so assume 15 working days it's a horrible experience and u will get nothing and I believe it's a scam company. even after 2 months, u will get nothing

Service takes way too long
Service takes way too long and there is no actual communication in the meantime. I filed a report and over a week later there is zero update. I just get automated emails saying "sorry for the delay, we are checking the request with the internal team".

I purchased a Norton device protection…
I purchased a Norton device protection plan which is managed by Servify. The app promises an easy upload process and quick reimbursement. Today is week 3.
After dozens of calls and emails the claim is yet to be settled...I would not recommend neither one (norton device care or servify). Some credit cards have the screen protection plan included in their benefits.

As checked,
We have forwarded your details to our concerned team and your refund should be initiated shortly. We will notify you once it has been initiated.

Don't Waste Your Time and Money
Terrible service, did not repair the phone properly, and sent me back a phone with half the internal storage of the one I sent them!
Update 0:
I'm going to post the email correspondence here. The only changes I make will be to censor personal info and remove any links included in the emails.
Update 1 (2020/07/20) Email to Servify:
Hi, I am following up on a review I left on Trust Pilot.
This is the email account that should be registered with Servify.
Last year, I submitted a warranty claim with Servify for my 256 GB One Plus 6. There were 3 hardware issues:
The back glass was broken.
The lens cover was broken.
The main camera was damaged.
After a month of waiting, I finally got my phone back and only 1 and 2 were resolved. The camera was still damaged. I tried to resolve this with Servify at the time, but they were not willing to help me and I was tired of dealing with it so I relented.
However, I just realized that they sent back a 128 GB One Plus 6! This is hugely frustrating, and I am livid that I did not notice earlier. I did not consider it to even be an option.
I realize that you likely have some 90 day policy, but I implore you to make an exception. This kind of mistake is exceptional, and should be unacceptable to a company with any level of quality control.
Warm regards,
James
Update 2: (2021/07/26) Several replies from Servify
I had intended to paste all the replies in here, but things have gotten messsy. Servify started replying to my original complaint email, which I made before posting this review. At this point, Servify is willing to replace the 128GB board with a 256GB board. I am inquiring about them also fixing the camera that they ignored last time I sent it to them. Admittedly, I am nervous to send the phone off to them. Last time it took a month to get the phone back, and obviously it didn't come back in the state I had hoped. We'll see what happens this time.

Scam!!
This company will claim act of god: "Fortuitous event" to not pay out your claims. Complete scam, do not buy their warranty!
Response from ServifyApr 27, 2021
Hi Justin, We request you to kindly refer to the email communication dated 10 Apr 2021. We would like to inform you that the plan OnePlus Extended Warranty Protection only covers your device from manufacturing defects and doesn't include any physical & liquid damages. The same is already being mentioned under the T&C's (https://us.servify.tech/termsandconditions/oneplus7-7pro_service_contract/) request you to kindly refer the same.

One and a half months of waiting and still nothing.
Needed a whole phone replacement since it broke down in mid to final of december, been contacting servify since then but fisrtly they told me that I wasn't even insured with them, and then after more than 20 days of telling them that Oneplus confirmed me that I was insurenced with them they told me to wait, and I amd still waiting for an outcome.
Edit: And they doubled down telling me that they don't insurance my phone. The first days of Oneplus 8 Pro being sold they insurance was covered by Servify, not Allianz. OnePlus confirmed me that my insurance is with you.
Response from ServifyFeb 18, 2021
Hi Juan,
As checked with our concerned team,
The current plan for your device is not covered by Servify. Request you to kindly contact OnePlus or the current insurer Allianz.

Terrible company and shady practices
Terrible company and shady practices.
They only do wire transfers which aren't secure (where is the customer portal?), they lie to you, they never read your emails, they do not answer questions, they need pins/passwords and wont even give a short answer as to why (just to check and see if it works maybe, but nah nothing, ignored) or to completely wipe your device before sending it in, there's no grantee you will get your device back, many people have issues with their devices they previously had no issues with once they get them back. With me I haven't even sent them my device because its been a nightmare. They didn't file my claim for a long time and I had to file it a couple times for it to work, then they just ignored all my questions, I get a random money wire request when they said it would be $29-49 deductible and it would be determined one at the facility (obviously not), it has been over a month and they are demeaning, they ignore all my concerns, cant answer any questions, I paid for a service I did not want, but tried to use them and give them the benefit of the doubt; now they are trying to cheat me and not guarantee I will get my device back for a simple repair. Why? I would be worried about your personal information with this company. I will take my L and $ elsewhere.
Response from ServifyJan 28, 2021
Hi,
We are the official partner for OnePlus and we repair the device under the OnePlus Service Contract, as per the repair guidelines of OnePlus.
We would like to inform you that as per the T&C the deductible is $49 however as an exception you can only pay $29.
Our team shall also be in continuous touch with you until you receive your device back post repair.
Further, we would also like to highlight that our supplier is ISO27001:2013 certified, which means they have established, implemented, maintained data security within the organization.

Bad experience, Initially they told it would take 2 to 3 days now its been more than 20 days i haven't received my phone back, They tell that we want on parts, A galaxy note parts are not available it looks silly. Its a long process to get back the phone.
