I have been down this road before…
I have been down this road before concerning a home in Salem Va 24153, A neighbor is be having his house auction by Servicelink for Wells Fargo Bank, I have my Email we're both companies were notified that the person has Mol in the house, electric outlets hanging out of the walls, floor is down to sub floor because dogs ruined the carpets, needs roof repair,he put the bathtub in the yard and because they look at the outside only they want you to think it's a 250,000.00 home. Now how can someone sell this property legally when the companies involved have been notified, MOLD CAN BE A BAD HEALTH RISK, THEY SAID THEY DON'T HAVE TO DISCLOSE THIS TO, IF SOMEONE CAN HELP WITH THESE MATTER PLEASE POST
