Great customer service with Steve Parker.
Great customer service with Steve Parker. The shipping was prompt (received it next day with free ground shipping), and it was packaged very well. Steve even followed up after to make sure everything was ok. The product was perfect as well. Plugged right in and did exactly what it was supposed to. Our IT person was very pleased as well.

Excellent Job Tracking Down Elusive Cable
Jacob did a top notch job helping us track down and supplying an elusive Lenovo cable for our server at a good price. I had been searching for hours before I took a chance on the online chat and he went out of his way to accommodate us.
