ServerpartdealsReviews of serverpartdeals.com

The hard drives were very well packages.

Very positive experience. I was initially quite nervous of the company and buying used drives. I bought four and unfortunately two were indeed faulty. I was dreading this as I thought I had been scammed after the reading of horror stories of other companies making returns impossible or going silent but this was truly easy, they were responding same day to email, communicative, everyone was perfectly helpful and very understanding and offered an exchange, change to a different model, or a refund I know it seems strange to write a review with something like this but it’s a genuinely positive experience and these were used drives, things happen. My only complaint was having to pay for return shipping where other companies offer it for free. Will happily buy from them again.

As always, serverpartdeals delivers. Exactly what was ordered quickly and well packaged. A professional and well run organization.

Your website made it very easy to find what I needed. The shipping was prompt, and it arrived in good shape. If I did have a criticism, it would be that I had too many choices, which made it difficult to decide. After spending a lot of time reviewing and comparing, I chose your products and am very satisfied with my choice.

Have purchased a lot of hard drives from them. I'm very happy with their products.

Good RMA service

I have ordered 20 something drives over 15 or 16 orders. Shipping has always been on time, packaged extremely well, with no packaging faults. Only one drive arrived unsatisfactory and Server Part Deals not only took care of me fully but handled everything very fast. All of the other drives arrived exactly as advertised and have all cleanly passed full read and writes across the entire drive. The only thing I would like to see different is a record of the length of warranty included on a purchase, as the listing goes away and if you did not record it before that, it seems it cannot be found anywhere. Other than that, I couldn't ask for a better experience and they have definitely earned my loyalty.
